This grave stone for Catherine Weisheimer is not unlike many other stones I saw in various cemeteries in Franklin County. I've even seen one or two in Linn County, Iowa. I know they're not particularly unique, but I find them interesting. I would love to know more about this design. Does it have a history or a particular reason why someone would choose this over a flat stone.
